Valerie went to the Idaho school of Massage Therapy and has been practicing since 2001. She feels her specialty is helping people with chronic pain, and loves being part of the process of helping people experience their bodies in a healthy way. She finds her work very fulfilling. She will tailor the massage to meet your needs. Her training includes both Swedish and Connective tissue.

She believes the body, mind, and soul are enhanced by healthy human touch. Linda is trained in Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Swedish, Shiatsu, and Hot Rock Massage. As well as Acupressure, Reflexology and body wraps.

Karen was trained by the nationally and internationally renowned Euro Institute of Skin Care in Seattle, Washington. She is a professional skin care specialist who enjoys working with people and making them look and feel better about themselves. Karen is trained to deliver a customized facial for each individual’s skin care needs, as well as, microdermabrasion, peels, waxing, reflexology, acutonics, aromatherapy, and manual lymphatic drainage. Her expertise is in her touch and she is deeply committed to her clients.
